Quotes Collection plugin updated from 1.1.2.1 to 1.1.3.

Changes:

  • Style improvements. Small changes to the way random quote gets displayed.
  • Added Russian translation (Thanks to Andrew Malarchuk for the translation).
  • Updates to the German translation.
