Dear Cyrus, thanks for the comment.

What you say is right. The change should start from within, but we should also take a practical approach.

Namaste, and peace to you.

Hi Srini :)

Very informative! Thank you for sharing this with us.

Change should be encouraged using various tools at our disposal. No one method should take precedence over others. This is because humanity is diverse in its outer physical make-up.

In essence, I favour change from within, as a means of creating lasting change. But initially, to kick-start the process, you may need a carrot- and-stick policy for a minority of the population.

What a beautiful post this is.

Namaste to you my spiritual friend.

abha, thanks for your comments in my blog.

Yes, we have so much to learn from the so called tribes. They may not be scientifically advanced, they may not have much of 'analytical skills', but they are pure and they act from the heart. We can learn much from them.

what a beautiful way of dealing with a mistake!
we have a lot to learn from these tribes for they often offer us an alternate way of living and forming a society.

Yes Kishore, you are right. You give more energy to what you think of. You can warn people of the mistakes they commit, but when you constantly remind people of their mistakes, you give more energy to their ability to make mistakes. On the other hand, reminding people of their good nature goes a long way in helping them live a better life.

Nice article. Shifting focus from catching people doing wrong to "Catching people when they are doing right things" will always go a long way in shaping character of people. Sincere appreciation for things people do energizes people also helps. Behavior appreciated is behavior repeated. Thanks for sharing good ideas.
