One of the things I wanted to do when I started this website was to share my collection of quotes. I’ve been using wordpress on this site right from the beginning for blog and other things, but for quotes, I built a small CMS independent of wordpress. It was pain to make it look and behave consistent with the rest of the site and double work whenever I changed the theme or did some site wide work. But now, the collection is being displayed as wordpress pages, thanks to WP Random Quotes plugin by Bill Hilton. I had to hack the plugin and make some changes so that quotes from authors with a big number of quotes can be displayed as sub-pages.
You are welcome to have a look at the collection, real words of wisdom from wise men and women. You will like it if you are into spirituality or something, or even if you are just looking for some sort of inspiration. You can also find random flashes of wisdom on the sidebar of every page in this site. More quotes will be added to the collection as and when I find them.
